The service was hit or miss, with some staff being rude and not accommodating, and a noisy child disturbing the peace. The dining options were weak, with limited choices and delayed service. Overall, the hotel may be acceptable in urgent situations, but the price could have been better for the quality offered.

The hotel is at a convenient location, close to the Showare Center and with easy freeway access. The rooms, however, had a strange smell of pasta and dogs, and the price was higher compared to other options in the area.
